Privacy Policy

I have written this privacy policy to explain, in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, what information is collected, how data is used, and what choices you have as a visitor to this website.
Unfortunately, it is in the nature of the matter that these explanations sound very technical; however, when creating this policy, I have made every effort to describe the most important things as simply and clearly as possible.

Automatic Data Storage

When you visit websites nowadays, certain information is automatically created and stored, and this also applies to this website.
When you visit this website, as you are doing right now, the web server (the computer on which this website is stored) automatically stores data such as the IP address of your device, the addresses of the subpages visited, details about your browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.), and the date and time. I do not use this data and generally do not pass it on, but I cannot rule out the possibility that this data may be accessed in the event of unlawful activity.

Storage of Personal Data

Personal data that you electronically transmit to us via this website, such as your name, email address, postal address, or other personal information provided when submitting a form or posting comments on the blog, will be used by me together with the time and IP address solely for the purpose stated in each case, stored securely, and not disclosed to third parties.
I therefore use your personal data only for communication with those visitors who expressly wish to be contacted and for processing the services and products offered on this website. I will not disclose your personal data without your consent; however, I cannot rule out the possibility that this data may be accessed in the event of unlawful activity.
If you send me personal data by email – i.e. outside of this website – I cannot guarantee secure transmission or the protection of your data. I recommend that you never transmit confidential data by email without encryption.

Your Rights

You generally have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority, whose website can be found at [https://www.dsb.gv.at/](https://www.dsb.gv.at/) .

Google Analytics Privacy Policy

I use Google Analytics from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) on this website to statistically evaluate visitor data. Google Analytics uses targeted cookies for this purpose.
Further information on the terms of use and data protection can be found at [http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html](http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html) or at [https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de](https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de).

YouTube Privacy Policy

I use the YouTube video service, operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, on this website.
When you access pages on our website that have integrated YouTube videos, data is transmitted to YouTube, stored, and evaluated.
If you have a YouTube account and are logged in, this data will be associated with your personal account and the data stored in it.
You can read about what data Google collects and what this data is used for at [https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/](https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/) .
